How do I add a new question?
To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
What is the exchange/return policy?
Exchange only. Returns are accepted only when the item is “out of stock”.
When will my item ship and how much does it cost?
All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Your items will ship as soon as they are ready and you will receive email notification with order’s shipping confirmation and its tracking number.
* Please be advised: PRE-ORDER will ship on the expected shipping date. Sometimes manufacturing may cause an even longer day. This can happen. You will be notified of ANY changes.
